I’ve been a video game player since I was a kid (in the 1980s), with my first game system being the classic NES, and I’ve played a lot of different games since then. These games include: Battletoads, Super Mario Bros., Sonic, Mega man, first person shooter games, roleplaying games, online games (like Adventure Quest), and many other popular games out there. Of course, I’ve also played a lot of twisted games too and some of them are really fun, funny, and sometimes even popular, and in this article, I’m going to talk about at least 5 of them.
Game #1 – Become a “thug” in the Grand Theft Auto Series
Ever wondered what it’s like to live the life of a thug and get involved in organized crime (like a gang) without actually being a criminal? In the Grand Theft Auto series (with the latest installment being The Ballad of Gay Tony), you do just that. The GTA universe is a popular role-playing game, usually based in New York City (also known as Liberty City, although some games feature other cities such as Miami in Vice City and Los Angeles in San Andreas) where you usually control a thug (such as Nikko in GTA 4) and take on missions for various crime bosses across the city. Some quests involve petty crimes such as stealing a valuable car that a certain crime boss wants, while other missions may require you to kill people who have crossed the criminal organization you are a part of, such as delinquents. In GTA San Andreas, for example, Carl Johnson joins the Grove Street gang and engages in gang wars with rival gangs, such as the Ballas (though he has also worked for crime bosses such as El Salvador, Doctor Rosenburg, as well as a corrupt government agent named, Mike Torreno to name a few. some). Many of the new games also have lots of side missions that you can do, such as spraying graffiti on certain buildings in San Andreas, picking up multiple girlfriends (CJ, for example, can have up to 6 girlfriends), as well as doing smuggling missions (such as transporting goods from the badlands to Las Vegas). Venturas while avoiding police officers in San Andreas). Of course, besides if you prefer to play for fun, you can always go on a rampage in the game, where you can steal cars, get little happy triggers, get wanted stars and drive the local cops crazy, drive like a maniac around town and try to make your people killed. By the way, you don’t have to worry about getting caught or wasted in the game because your guy will reappear at the nearest hospital or police station, only to throw a tantrum once again (by the way, don’t ever try this in real life this aspect is so unrealistic Of course). Similar games: Saints Row, Gun and Bully Earn wanted stars and drive the local cops crazy, drive like a maniac around town and try to get your people killed. By the way, you don’t have to worry about getting caught or wasted in the game because your guy will reappear at the nearest hospital or police station, only to throw a tantrum once again (by the way, don’t ever try this in real life this aspect is so unrealistic Of course). Here are some interesting things you can do in GTA university that you can’t avoid in real life:
- Your main form of transportation is a car you jack up from an unsuspecting person, and you can usually get away with it unless a cop is nearby (who will try to catch you if he sees you jacking the car).
- The police will only arrest you, take your gun and some of your money as a brige, and release you for even the most heinous offences (such as rampage). And when you are released, you can also commit more crimes, with the same result. Imagine doing that in real life. You may end up in jail for a very long time (or worse depending on the offense) for similar crimes committed in real life.
- If your man dies, he will only respawn at the nearest hospital.
- In GTA San Andreas, you can have up to 6 girlfriends at once without having to worry about them getting jealous. In real life, trying to take on multiple girlfriends is quite risky because they are jealous (at least from a male point of view of course), and even the slightest form of infidelity (such as cheating) can lead to disastrous results in a relationship, as happened to Scott towards the end. season three of the reality TV series, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” when Kourtney finds out that Scott is cheating on her (though luckily for her, the two seem to have gotten back together by season 4).
- And many other weird things that you really can’t expect in real life.
Game 2- Fight to the death in the Mortal Kombat Series
If any game was set after the famous gladiator events during ancient Rome (where people fought each other to the death), it would probably be the Mortal Kombat series. On the surface, Mortal Kombat follows similar fighting games, such as Street Fighter 2, where two opponents fight each other in a match consisting of three rounds, with the opponent who wins at least 2 of the three rounds being the winner of the match. Usually, the loser will only be eliminated in his losing round, with the winner moving on to the next level. In the Mortal Kombat series, however, there’s a new twist to combat: the winner of each match has the option to finish off his opponent using a special finisher move called, death. If you’ve ever played any of the Mortal Kombat games, You’ll know that when you take down your opponent during the final round of a match, the announcer (probably Shao Kahn in most games) will say “Finish Him!” (or him if your opponent is a female character). When this happens, if you have five seconds or more (some games have cheat codes that allow you to disable the death timer if you want extra time to do so) to finish off your opponent by entering certain key combinations in the correct order and in the correct distance within the time frame (the exact move does vary by fighter. Pulling fatalities (or similar moves, like animals, friendships, etc.) can be tricky at first, but if done correctly, a special song usually plays, the screen goes dark, and your character will perform special moves that essentially finish off his opponent. By the way, each character has its own demise (Scorpion, for example, takes off his “mask” and throws fireballs at the enemies he defeats, while Sonya will blow the kiss of death on her enemies which instantly burns them). The list of fatality moves goes on (some people have posted death demonstrations on YouTube if you’re curious about all the moves), but you get the picture. By the way, if you choose not to die, you can always do a friendship move (where your character “friends” his enemy), babality (where your opponent turns into a baby), or even knock out. your opponent with a punch. Despite the apparent dark nature of the Mortal Kombat saga, The game is quite popular because there are many sequels in the series (my favorite is probably the Mortal Kombat Trillogy), several films produced (with the latest being Mortal Kombat Armageddon), short-lived cartoon series, as well as sound tracks released. Of course, this game might not be recommended for younger audiences or people who are easily offended because this game definitely has a death match in it (similar to MTV’s Celebrity Death Match). Game #3 – Play “God” Sims 2 (and most of the other games in the series)
I don’t want to sound blasphemous (by the way, I’m a Christian), but have you ever wondered what it’s like to play God for a day? This may sound weird, but in SIM 2 (and similar games), you will do just that. Sims 2 is an open game for PC (though there are also versions on consoles, such as the Play Station 2) in which you build a virtual house in a virtual community, along with creating a simulated family (consisting of mother, father, children, etc.) You help manage as you play through the game. Sim families function like normal families you’ll see at least here in America: they work, have emotions, go to school (if they’re sim kids), do chores, socialize with other sims, make relationships, sleep, relax, watching TV, build skills for the job or career they have, and sometimes even raise a dog or cat (at least in Sims 2 Pets). You can watch them go through life and make their own choices, or you can intervene and give them things to do. For example, if they need to go to bed at a certain time to go to work or school on time and they say watch TV, you can put it in their mind to go to bed, and they usually will. There may be people you want to meet or interact with your sim, you can ask your character to start a conversation with another (complete with dalogue options of course, allowing you to choose how they interact with each other). Or maybe you need to help the sim maintain their motives (such as telling them to eat when their hunger status is low, using the bathroom when their bladder status is low, interacting with other sims when they are depressed, etc.). Of course as “
- Causes sim to be a jerk around other sims. Whenever your sim starts a conversation with another sim, dialogue options will open, and while you can make your guy or girl friendly, you can also make him say and do cruel things (such as insulting other people, slapping other people, lying, gossiping about other sims, or even fighting). By the way, be careful in making fights between family sims because some sims will move if they receive too much harassment from other sims.
- Sit back and do nothing. Usually the sim will make bad choices and suffer the consequences (for example if he misses work too often, he will be fired).
- Let the kids get bad grades at school (usually happens by letting them miss the school bus when it comes). The only downside to this was that they could be sent to military schools if their grades were too low.
- Turn off sim. One way you can do this is by letting him starve to death. Of course, there are many other ways to make the sim die (such as electrocution, drowning in a pool, fear of death by ghosts, etc.). Once a sim dies, beware of the fact that they can come back as ghosts and haunt your sim’s family (by the way, in Sims 2, a person can be scared to death if their mood is too low when the ghost is active in the house. ). By the way, one funny thing you can do in the PS2 version of Sims 2 is that you can actually control ghosts, which can be really funny because you can scare other sims, possess them, and even cause them to behave erratically (like something like gag).
- Causing your sim to be kidnapped by aliens. It usually happens if they look into the telescope too often at night. By the way, in SIM 2 for PC, there’s actually a cheat I found a while back that allows your sim to be kidnapped at will instead of randomly and even caused my entire sim family to be kidnapped by aliens too).
- If you’re a control freak, you can also turn off free will (it’s usually on by default) and bend it to your liking. Can be useful when dealing with stubborn sims who won’t listen to you when you give them a task to do (no matter how stupid it is).
The list goes on and on, but as you can see, Sims 2 can be pretty twisted when you think about it, but it has been quite popular especially among a younger audience, and has spawned numerous sequels (including Sims 3), YouTube videos, as well as a console version of the game. which tends to differ slightly from the PC version (in the PSP version of Sims 2, for example, the game is more of a roleplaying game in which you control this man who finds himself in Strangetown, a desert city that has a lot of paranormal occurrences in it, and goes on a quest to stop it. an evil genius took over the city and escaped from the city filled with ghosts and aliens).
Game 4 – Play as Alien Invaders in “Destroy All Humans!”
Games involving aliens have been quite popular probably since the days of Atari (like Space Invaders) and have grown quite a bit since then. There are many different games and even movies in this genre, with titles you may be familiar with including: Space Invaders, The Simpsons Game (Kang and Kronos launch an alien invasion near the game’s midpoint), Independence Day, the Star Wars and the Star Trek saga. (not all alien races are hostile in Star Wars or Star Trek, of course), Aliens vs Predator, the Contra series, and even the Halo series (where you get a hostile alien race bent on wiping out all of humanity). Usually you fight aliens, but in “Destroy All Humans”, you can actually play as the aliens themselves, controlling an alien named, Crypto who is part of the kingdom of Furon, an alien race that wants to acquire human brains for some strange reason. The game is quite large and includes many missions, starting with Crypto’s emergency landing on farms and terrorizing cows and farmers, and then with Crypto launching full-scale invasions of cities and towns. And yes, you play as the bad guy in this game because your job is to conquer the Earth (especially North America since the game is centered in the United States). Apart from terrorizing civilians, you can also take on human form and mingle with crowds (could be useful for infiltration missions, for example), fight government agents (like “men in black”), exercise mind control on people, make them do what you want. want, leveling the village with your flying saucer, as well as face off against massive bosses trying to stop you in your invasion (which is of course natural when you’re in control of a hostile alien race bent on destroying the world). Despite the twisted nature of the game, it can be very funny when Crypto goes on a rampage, along with creating hysteria among the citizens, harassing cows, destroying buildings with his goblet, as well as fighting government agents trying to stop Crypto. Similar games: Alien Homid and Overlord and fight against government agents trying to stop Crypto. Similar games: Alien Homid and Overlord and fight against government agents trying to stop Crypto. Game 5 – Conker’s Bad Fur Day (also known as Conker’s Live and Reloaded if you’ve played the Xbox version)
Platform games have been popular probably since the debut of Mario Bros in the 1980s, and have spawned many popular titles in the genre, with hit titles including: Super Mario Bros., Sonic the Hedgehog, Kirby, Castlevania, Crash Bandacoot, Mega Man series, and Simpsons Games. Many of these games have a similar theme: you play through different levels across different types of terrain, battling evil villains and their cronies (like Dr Robotnik in the Sonic the Hedgehog series), battling tons of big bosses (usually cronies and close associates of evil geniuses). , unless you’re in the final fight), and save the day (like reclaiming Princes Peach from Bowser in Super Mario Bros.). Most of these games are clearly aimed at a younger audience (except a few games, such as the newer Castlevania games which are rated “M” in some of the newer titles, such as “Curse of Darkness”), especially in the case of games like Mario Bros. and Sonic, where children will usually play these games more than they do. adults do. Anyway, with that said, there’s another platform game I’ve played that’s pretty twisted when you think about it: “Conker’s Bad Fur Day” (I played the Xbox version, by the way). Conker’s Bad Fur Day appears to be a typical 3D platformer (Super Mario 64 style), complete with a storyline, boss fights, evil geniuses to beat (namely the Panther King), and lots of colorful stages to play through. However, if you have checked the ratings for the game, you may see an “M” rating. That’s because Conker’s Bad Fur day is a platformer aimed more at an older audience. Here are some of the features in this game that you won’t normally find in most of the other games in this genre:
- Most of the characters swear (though in some versions, swearing is censored with a beep sound when they swear).
- There are some rough levels in the game. In one area of the game, for example, there’s a dirt-themed level where you’re surrounded by dirt and one of the bosses you fight in this area is literally a giant piece of shit (his voice actually reminds you of Christopher Lee’s, with a distinctly British accent). thick, although he is actually voiced by another man named Chris Marlow).
- There are some sensual scenes in the game. On one level, for example, you have to help bees “pollinate” a feminine sunflower plant. Also, Conker does have a girlfriend, named Berrie, who was kidnapped by the Panther King.
- There’s a grim reaper in the game who wants to kill a cat for some weird reason (it sounds a bit funny too).
- Alcoholism does play a role in this game. At the beginning of the game, Conker gets very drunk after a night of drinking beer before the official story begins. Also, alcohol is a powerup that Conker can use in the game that causes him to get drunk and pee on enemies (funny and rude if you ask me).
There are plenty of other adult themes in this game (though I won’t list them all), but you get the idea. This weird game is sure to offend some people (for example, if you’re a kid, it’s certainly not a game you want to play with your parents near you) and make others laugh.
Well, there you have it, those are some of the most twisted yet incredibly fun and sometimes popular games I’ve seen in my entire gaming career. Of course there are many more titles that I haven’t mentioned (such as Overlord, Bully, etc.) but, you are welcome to add them to this list if you wish and feel free to comment on this article as you are free to agree or disagree with it. me.
